My mother was at the facility twice due to a fall. The OT was sufficient but the communication from staff, especially the social workers, was terrible. At the last minute they stated she was discharged, neither time organizing a care plan meeting. I would never recommend this facility. They ignored my requests to have my mother's hair done regularly and for her to attend activities daily also.

My daughter will be scheduled to be there, but I am amazed to read the negative reviews…..I trust that, the operating company has taken steps to remedy the
negative reviews. I am an architect and have designed and reviewed a dozen such facilities…….I will wait and see what your facility is like before I make any comments. The staff is usually the first line of "defense" in this type of facility….
I will give you a very object review at the appropriate time……….
