The facility should set a hight standard for cleanliness, not just in the common areas and treat the patience with dignity. The Director and Assistant director should talk to the caregivers and respond to their complaints, this will make the facility run better and give feedback to all Concern Letters that they never respond too. The patiences get accustom to the passionate employees but the department heads don't treat them well and they end up leaving the facility and find other jobs.
