i have worked doing evaluations in many NH and assisted livings. This is by far the worse I have seen in a long time. My wife was sent there after schock trauma. The first 48 hours were horid. Pain meds that were not available, late dosing of pain meds, incompetant rehab evaluators, staff who were slow to answer call bells, and a night supervisor who adamently refused to give relivant information to myself or my wife. Basic supplies are hard to come by (towls, slippersocks,) and a dirty patient refridge that had employee lunches in it. Little effort to get patients out of their rooms for meals or socialization. Avoid at all costs
