New administrator and some changes and improvements are being made but,the medical staff are still lazy and lackadaiscal. Always have to put fire underneath them to do the job consistently and correct. Sick of it and still they seniors are not being change as often and as regular as they should be. Nursing staff do not use common sense but think they know everything. I'm looking elsewhere. There's got to be a better place for my parent.

Staff is very rude. Not enough staff to handle patients. Leave patients lying in bed all day and they do not check on them. Patients fall and they do not file reports. Please do not send your love one there. If you do then I know you do not care about them. I would not send my worst enemy to this place.

We wish that we knew that the Facility was out of date with current medical needs. No call buttons. Use string tied to lightswitch on wall to call for help. No handicap accessible doors. EMS and wheelchair dependent residents have to seek assistance to get in/out of doors.
The staff tries their best to ignore your family member's needs and are agumentative and rude at times. No compassion for the resident. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this facility.

Larkin Chase is a wonderful Nursing Home. The staff are very caring and professional. You can rest assure if you place your love one in this facility, you are doing the right thing. The open communication, clean and bright environment will give you a peace of mind. The business office will always keep you up todate on any billing issues and the Director of Admissions is always update to date on each patient and family need. Feel assured that I would not have it any other way, my daughter has been there for several months and I love this facility and so would you.
