Don't place your loved one in that home. Staff acts like they don't care at all. If person won't eat, they simply will exchange him full breakfast plate for lunch plate, then for dinner etc., etc. Or - won't bring next meal at all. My mentally ill brother was prescribed to take his meds crashed in apple souce, however, staff refused to do so. As a result, he became violent (or so they said) and they kicked him out. That was the best thing they did: he returned back to almost normal life in a different home, and now able to live in assisted living.
