Prospective residents should carefully evaluate the food service at Buckingham's Choice. During the several years I have lived here, the nutritional quality and amount of food served to us in our meals has dramatically declined. Resident complaints about the food have recently dramatically increased, focusing on the excessive amount of inexpensive carbs and sugars that have replaced important proteins. Sandwiches are the typical meals for lunch and dinner. Our complaints have not resulted in any changes.
