HORRIBLE FACILITY! Terrible service to patients. Patients are falling out of bed and DYING and they are covering it up. Many patients have cradle cap from not being properly bathed, or even bathed at all… State is always in and out of this facility. When they are notified of state coming in, they hurry and clean the patients up. Files are always being shredded and documents are being forged to hide negligence. This place needs shut down. I feel bad for these patients.
