Poor services, patient not fed enough, loosing weight, some attendants are very rude to family members of presidents of the retirement home, family members cannot get enough information on health and personal needs status of residents, some residents are left unattended either in wheel chairs, in bed or outside for long periods of time and some residents wear depends and are not being cleaned up and depends are not being changed often enough.
