Very unorganized in the administrative, especially admissions, departments. They had a room for my mother and were just waiting for papers to be faxed from here temporary facility. The admissions clerk, Amy, gave the room to another person, because they put money down to hold the room. This was never even presented to us. When I called her, all I got was a lot of disorganized double speak, with her changing the facts as to place the blame on others. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!
