New Director of Nursing is lazy. Facility has changed owners twice in 6 months. Administration fires hard workers for making one mistake, but keeps workers that are constantly lazy if they know people higher up in management.
The facility is DIRTY. Bedbug infested and roaches. I would not let my dog live here.
Lots of drama during the week, things seem more calm on the weekends, and the staff on weekends seems to get along better, but for us living here, we have to live with the drama all the time.
The new corporate people don't seem to care about the residents or the GOOD nurses. They only seem to care about making new rules.
