Every time we visit my neighbor, the smell is terrible. I thought the first few times it could just be temporary problem but it is every single time we visit. The halls stink, the rooms stink and to be frank - she smells bad. Her hair looks worse every time and her skin seems so dry and flaky. She tells me that they dont help her with baths or washing her hair. I think they should do a better job with this.
