I have a family member in this facility. The only reason they are in this particular facility is because all of us work and any other facility is out of the county and too difficult to visit regularly with our work schedules. The care plan meeting are a joke. Each time it's the same routine. They read the care plan and ask if we have anything to say. We have the same complaints every time but nothing changes. The aides have significant turnover rate. We rarely see them stay very long. The nurses always say they will pass on our requests and write them in their chart. If we go two days later the nurses are different and say they don't know what we are talking about. The room mate to our family member says they are not nice to them but if they say anything they treat them worse. I would do anything to move our family member but at least we go visit constantly. All family members make sure someone is there daily.
