I had a family member who was a patient at this facility. Many competent, hard-working,and caring staff walk through the doors,and try their best,however staffing is a problem. There is just not enough help. The rooms are too crowded & especially with 2 beds crammed so close together. Staff seems too busy and hurried to get to call lights, so the waiting is far too long. They all seem very over-worked. The noise level from alarms,at this facility, are LOUD, and constant. Many parts of the facility are drab,appear dirty or cluttered & need repairs,and updates, to accommodate patients and families who are there everyday, and there's not a cafe that stays open where you can go and eat late at night.
