This is less than a 1 star facility. Primary complaint is that I have waited 1 before the nurse came in to assist me for toilet needs; recently I had to wait 2 hours before the nurse came in to assit me for toilet needs, as a result I had to be catherized to urinate. The nurses are very slow in answering the bell calls. Also there is no bell call tracking report.
