Sumner County Care is less than desirable. My father was there for a few months before he passed and it was difficult seeing the residents there. Often times one elderly person would be crawling around on the floors of the hallway. Others wandering aimlessly, My dad stayed in his room mostly as he was bed ridden. He passed in the middle of the month and when I requested a refund they gave me the run around for five months and only sent less than half what they owed him. Very poor office staff couldn't even tell me what the charges they deducted were for. I did file a fraud report with medicare.
