If you are thinking of placing a loved one in this facility, please take time to rethink your options. I removed my father after only three weeks residency. Within hours he was admitted to an ICU at the VA hospital and later moved to a rehabilitation hospital for an additional three weeks. We do not believe he received the care he rightly deserved and needed while at Legacy. He fell twice, lost fifteen pounds, needed treatment for infections and had not been receiving the aid necessary for Parkinson's patients. Our hope is that Legacy will identify their problems, whether it be policy or staffing issues, and strive to make improvements.
