The center smells of urine. The residents don't seem very clean or alert. The staff is unfriendly. The staff doesn't respond to resident requests in a timely fashion - for instance assisting them to the bathroom. A staff member jerked a resident out of a chair by her arm.

I have worked here for a while. I have never had any issues with odor or unclean patients. Our staff strive to provide excellent care and maintain dignity. We treat residents like our family and our staff are very attentive, loving and kind to everyone. Any of our residents would tell you what a great job we do!
