my 97 year old aunt was here for just under 8 months. While the facility is very nice and the food above average, the clincher was one day they found my aunt suddenly unresponsive in the morning and NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME FOR 12 HOURS!!! and then it was the hospice nurse they called in who then called me to tell me my aunt was very close to death. The next day I complained to the head administrator, who said she wasnt there that day and did apologize, saying 'this would never happen again'..to which I responded, 'well its kind of late now' My aunt died 24 hours later.
