Sure, there are prettier and nicer looking places out there, but for the 3 months my dad has been at Pinnacle Ridge, I give them an A+. He is in the (locked down) memory unit, and while it can get a little disconcerting at times, what with 20+ seniors being confused, scared, argumentative, etc., the quality of care is excellent. They are gentle with dad, patient, and encouraging and supportive with his therapy. All the staff wear headphones with speakers, so that no one has to go looking for a cna or nurse - ring the buzzer and the central station is immediately in contact with one and they are there asap. Like I said, it may not be the prettiest of places, but it sure has fabulous care, and when it comes to my dad, that is first and foremost with me
