We have two family members in Via Christi Village in Pittsburg, KS. We are extremely happy with the care that is being provided. They are getting their medications in a controlled and orderly manner. Their meals are prepared safely and they have choices. You can tell that the entire staff cares for the well being of the residents. I think medicalodge is a nice clean enviroment for staff.I do believe it has some very rude and disrespectful staff members who are not only rude to residents but fellow co -workers.
There has been some changes but alot more needs to be made and i think some drug testing on staff needs to be done.
It can be a great place to put your loved ones but it can be a chanallge to work there.
