This nursing facility has very poor communication skills and likes to not get help from the AIDES AND NURSES who know how to do their job legally. I'm sorry my family would never be put in this home. They lift people with no mechanical lifts using a technique called fireman lift. One arm under the residents arm and one arm under leg. One person on each side. This is very dangerous and could lead to serious injury on resident and/or staff. They have been told NOT to do this yet continue doing what they know is not only illegally wrong but VERY unsafe.
