In my opinion I watched this facility treated the nurses with high regards. C.N.A's were given little to nothing in return for good patient care. It was hard to find cooperation amongst the nurses and C.N.A's. I also watched as residents were valued according to financial standings. In other words if you had more money they took better care of you. I was not satisfied with the care given at this facility.
