My Mother was recently in this home for rehabilitation services. She stayed a total of 26 days. The entire time she was there, she was never given a bath nor was her bed changed.
She is a diabetic but was never offered a menu for diabetics. Most of her food was not to her palate and outside food was brought in for her to eat.
