Were do I begin?? In the past eight months. I have witnessed the use of medical restraint, patient neglect,Theft, unappropriate behavior. And the violation of patients rights. Majority of the RN's disregaurd patients basic needs. No bed side manner. And very unwilling to answer any questions from patients family. Patients in wheelchairs are being stacked up like cattle in hallways . call lights not being answered for 30 to 40 minute avg . The CNA's not attending to patients personal hygiene.And openly discuss patients personal matters. very degrading for patient. Most are Very young and inmature. However the root of the problem stems from management. Allowing this neglect to happen. There hands off approach allows the quality of care to be compromised to all patients. The facility is filthy with a strong odor. Some beds are broke.The equipment is outdated Etc Etc…….. This facilty should be shut down!!!
