Very outdated and needs a face lift severly. Walls cracked and paint chipped, window coverings falling off. Rooms are very small. Mother waiting 20 to 25 minutes after pushing call light, unacceptable! Especially when she is on a water pill. Staff seems busy, so this tells me the facility does not hire enough help.
