Our experience with mother as a resident at Corning Nursing and Rehab could not have been better. The place is one big family and families of residents are treated as part of that. The staff were all attentive and gentle. There is a playful atmosphere among the staff, kitchen, nursing, domestic, and executive which doesn't cross the line of professional but makes it seem like a home. The director personally takes an interest in each resident. As the sign says, "Residents do not live in our facility, we work in their home!"
