Review of Bettendorf Health Care Center

Residents are neglected due to the under staffing of the facility. The building is often dirty and the food terrible. Complaints are expressed but positive long term change doesn't happen. The administrator is rarely seen and doesn't seem to care about the poor reputation the place continues to have. The kind of care that was promised for our loved one was not given at this place.
