Highly recommended. My mother has been under MD orders for 24/7 nursinging care. Washington Nursing Center has more than serviced our needs for about 3 years now. Generally, I believe she has received excellent resident care while staying in this facility. In fact, our MD, who services several facilities of this type in the Washington area, stated that he would have his own mother stay in this facility. Need I say more? :)
