One word…………"NEGLECT" my father in law has long dirty nails, not bathed in over a week. Multiple falls and weight loss. I have asked for 3 months for him to see the podiatrist. Nothing is done. Talking with the understaffed nurses is fruitless. Management comes down on staff which is already worn thin. Corporate and Management need to take a good hard look. It really is ALL about the money with this Trilogy Corporation. Seeking out another care facility ASAP.
