This facility is of low quality and low standards. My parent received poor care. Often having to wait hours for assistance. Residents in rooms surrounding my parent had to request assistance in order for someone to come. They are understaffed and do not follow through on what they say they will do. Information from administration was contradictory from the nursing staff and vice versa. It is quite clear why they are at a low census. There were times the room and the bedding were unclean as well as the patient. Do your research and find a better facility. As the previous rater described, it is a pathetic facility.
