This facility is of low quality and low standards. My parent received poor care. Often having to wait hours for assistance. Residents in rooms surrounding my parent had to request assistance in order for someone to come. They are understaffed… Full Review

Overall quality is pathetic, nurses constantly complain about other patients and supervisors, housekeeping in patient rooms and bathrooms non existent. PT program is the only good thing about this place. Supervisors do not care about complaints… Full Review

We toured The Willows after they told us that it wouldn't be safe for my mom to go home right from the hospital. We were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, but we were even more impressed with how active and upbeat it is there… Full Review

Please don't ever admit a loved on to the Life Care Center of the Willows. They are the most uncaring, uninvolved, unprofessionsl group of individuals I've ever encountered. My grandfather was in this facility for only 22 days before he passed… Full Review
