My brother has been in Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab-Sellersburg for over 4 months. During this entire time, he has been treated with a caring, nurturing, safe, and upbeat attitude by all who work there, from administration to nursing, therapy, social services, recreation, dietary, and housekeeping. Each question has patiently been answered and guidance has been given each time requested; minor concerns have been addressed promptly and with empathy, then resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. We have observed staff trying to improve their individual quality of care by asking for input from the patients.
My brother has not only made huge gains related to recovery, he has come to feel that he has made friends with other patients and the staff; others have had the same positive experience because we have seen multiple patients and family members return just to visit, after discharge. My brother's experience has exceeded the family's expectations in all ways and we feel very blessed to have him in Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab-Sellersburg! Thank you!!
