Inconsistent quality of care, the management team is not professional or customer service oriented, patient safety is not first and foremost for this facility, theft of resident's personal belongings increased in 2015. Prairie Lakes contracts with several physician groups to oversee resident care; neither group provides adequate care and in many cases diagnosis and subsequent treatment have proven to be detrimental to certain residents. Prairie Lakes continues to struggle with a clear vision for the future: first and foremost they have to find an Executive Director that has the maturity, knowledge, empathy, courage and wisdom to lead and then how best to provide the services they so ardently profess to provide.
