Don't place your family member at Prairie Lakes. Their management team is unqualified and has no empathy for the residents or families they serve. They are not a happy group of people and seem to go out of their way to make life miserable for the employees and everyone in the facility. This is not a desirable environment for the resident nor does it allow the staff to provide the best possible care for your loved one. Make no mistake, Prairie Lakes Health Campus is a business and they care nothing of the folks they are warehousing. Their bottom line is the check they collect every month. I cannot recommend this facility!
