My sister has been in this facility and she couldn't get the nurse to clean her legs last night (she is recovering from open heart surgery). Her wounds have to be cleaned daily. The nurse said she had to give everyone's medications to them and she would come back later. She never did come back. My sister could not reach the button to contact anyone. When the nurse came in the next day, she told my sister "I left instructions for the 3rd shift to do this!" Her legs were NOT taken care of by anyone. She went to Jewish Hospital to see her heart surgeon and the nurse looked at her legs and said "oh my gosh!" They admitted her! I don't recommend this facility.
