Hourly staff is pretty good. Most salary staff such as dietary, physical therapy and the social worker are awesome. Just the top administration is rude and rather two faced. Especially if you have any financial issues. I understand they have to make a profit but the only concern seems to be how much money your dad or mom have when they enter. Would not recommend until they change the administrator and other people at the top.
Sometimes the hallway smells and often the cna's and nursing assitants act indifferent. They will sit and have a conversation instead of greeting you or your parents.
