I felt as if the staff here has done a great job. Sometimes they are understaffed, but I know they try their hardest to get to all the residents as soon as they can. They're very kind and work really hard. It's not an easy job, and they're trying to go above and beyond. My dad is a long-term resident here and has really taken a liking to it. I know he is in good hands, if he wasn't happy here we would find another facility. BUT, we personally feel this is the best in our area. I couldn't ask for better services for my dad!
