After reading the comments about Michiana, I must say that it does not take long for a downward spiral when the focus changes from residents to corporate profits. This is a perfect example of "Do not judge a book by it's cover" The corporate oversight and leadership at Michiana Health and Rehab is Schizophrenic at best. It is a company that preaches staff appreciation but has no idea of the meaning. Michiana would do better under new management that advocates for the residents and families it serves.
