What a mess of a facility. Patients needs do not come first here and are not met. The nurses are very under staffed and over worked, which leaves them with a compassion fatigue and it is hard to care for someone when you can barely care for yourself. The administration doesnt give a rip since they brought in a new director. My mom stayed there during the switch and you could tell the difference right away! Food is absolutely horrible, and the choices are not there. The therapists are great and very smart. Went in to speak with the Therapy Director and felt like he didnt care for what I was saying or had to bring attention to. I received good feedback from a PT there and felt comfortable with her in the PT's care rather than the director. Please consider other options if you love your family or friend. I would not keep my dog here! Please RECONSIDER!
