As a former employee of Michiana Health and Rehabilitation Center I would NOT ever consider placing a family member at this facility. I left voluntarily because I refused to work in a facility who does not provide their residents with the best possible care. The facility is constantly short-staffed which does not allow the residents the time or care that they deserve. The administration cares very little about their residents or their employees and is interested only in the money that they collect each month. The facility is absolutely beautiful, but don't let that fool you!
