Review of Creekside Village

I would like to let anyone considering putting your loved one here, to consider the recent changes that have been made by the company. In one year the CEO, the Director of Nursing and two social workers are gone and perhaps more that I'm not aware of. Thus new administration is now in charge and firing alot of good nurses so the ones that are left are working sometimes double shifts, so its not uncommon for them to be short handed. I would recommend you have your own doctor and be there as often as possible to follow up and make sure doctor orders are being followed. The dietary choice is very limited and many residents do complain. The physical therapy department is good as long as your insurance will cover it, after that you have none. The activities are very limited for the residents and many have nothing to do.

On the positive side I have meet some of the nicest hard working RN,LPN,CNA's you could ask for, but as stated they desperately need more help as the residents are the ones that suffer with insufficient care. If you ask administration will tell you that the patient to staff ratio is being meet but they don't take the level of care into consideration that is needed for some patients. I hope that the company will listen to request of the residents and families and employees if they want to become the best.
