I have found quite a few problems with this facility. Some of the employees here are in it for a paycheck and do not care about the residents. They do not communicate to the necessary people in charge of some of the issues with the residents. The rooms are in severe neglect when it comes to cleanliness. The housekeeping staff is truly incompetent and if you are not seeing a loved one, can count on not getting the room cleaned. Patients care should be a priority and I would never have anyone stay in this facility. It is sad that things are not addressed until you say something. And when I gave this place one star it was because I had to, otherwise Big Fat 0!!
