Very poor house keeping, toliet not cleaned everyday. Milk on residents tray was so warm it was curdled. No fresh fruit, ex. bananas?? CNA's seem to sit in front lobby a lot, how many breaks do they get? I heard a room buzz 8 times before someone came to check on the resident. Staff does not have name tags, this would be VERY helpful, can't tell who is house keeping or medical staff. Meds not served in correct intervals. Sometimes it's 6 hrs between meds sometimes it's 8 hrs.
