nurses were great, very friendly, my wife loved them.

Cleaning people left a lot to be worked on in the friendly dept and having respec t for patients belongings, they kept taking my wifes flowers for no reason.

Food not great could be better.

The worst thing was the management, they'll lie to you when you check in to get you in, and shake your hand which back in the day was something meaningful, Then when you think your out and all paid up as per the hand shake, they hit you with bills you werent expecting, and excuses you can't understand, and threaten you with collections. They will not call and appologize for charging more then the agreement.

My father was a patient at this facility and he was neglected, ignored, by upper management, and staff and eventually died there. I would not recommend this place at all. It does not have easily handicapped accessible restrooms in the patient's rooms, some of the rooms are to small for 2 patient, and does not respect family members. It's all about making a buck so even though they have some great staff members, they do not hire enough to adequately care for the number of residents about 3 staff to every 30 patient's. After pushing the nurse button for assistance to go to the restroom, waiting one hour is not acceptable at all which led to him falling numerous times. The food need alot of work no options and the same thing day after day and it is cold and not hot, food that most don't even know what it is, run out of food at every meal and they getting a grilled chesse,No VEG's or rawl, for the patient that can't eat this. In my opinion, that is sheer neglectful and abusive. And upper management should not forbid any visitors from contacting a patient or at least the patient should be informed of the visitor’s presence and be allowed to decide for himself considering they are of sound mind. They do NOT call or try to keep the faimly inforned about anything.
