I am totally appalled at the kind of service they provided to my Mother. The home staff lacks compassion and dignity. Failed to provided the medical attention needs. Residents were bathe by what room they where in no mater what day they that they got there,but wasn't bathe at all. Residents call the nurse with call button or sometimes even yell for a nurse to go to their room and there is no nurse around the resident may have to wait more than 1/2 hour if they get lucky before someone come to see what they need. Please by all means love your loved ones and stand up for their rights no matter where they are they can not defend themselves. Be an Advocate for seniors. File your complaints with Public Health. Too many ignorant people in this world. What goes around comes around, and one day they will be in their shoes. They don't even deserve one star but had to rate the facility . This place should be closed down or a change in administration, management along with nurses. Finally with the help of my Aunt got her transferred to a good home.
