This facility was once a very good place. In recent years it has taken a turn for the worst. Staffing is horrible. Some of the aids are responsible for 5 to 7 baths per day. With this kind of workload, there is no way a resident receives quality care, or even a decent amount of care. In my opinion, there is nothing exceptional about the out of state parent company.
