Trying desperately to get my wife who was transferred there after knee replacement for rehab out of this place. People are doing therir best, but staffing levels are inadequate. Call buttons are not promptly answered, and medications are not given without strong Oversite. It is obvious the employees are overworked and frustrated too. Hoping for my strong intervention will result in better care. But am desperately trying to get her out of there. Care is quite simply not up to expectations. Doctor ordered medications and ice treatments are not met without a fight. Still fighting to get her something as basic as a walker in order to get to bathroom. This place needs to be taken off the medicare approved list. Avoid frustration - avoid this place like the plague. Trust me.
