Review of Crown Point Christian Village

Staff seemed to distant themselves from patients. Patients were crowded around 1st floor station and halls in wheel chairs. Menus seemed cheap and under nourishing. All people trying to gain entrance at the main entrance after 3:oo pm were disregarded with almost all being let in by the visitors. Bistro area just like some other leisure areas were unsupervised by staff leaving the visitors to fend for themselves and their loved ones with no emergency provisions or tools for reporting mishaps. Rooms of double occupancy were cramped with no visitor space or sitting room. There were a very few that seemed interested, but for the most part, it was in my opinion, the pay me and let me go home attitude that is very common now days.
