My father was admitted to Wedgewood after having an acute stroke. On the day of admission he had a trach with oxygen, a feeding tube (he hadn't had anything by mouth for a month), was incontinent of bowel and bladder and unable to bear weight… Full Review

I just want to say what a good job everyone does @ Wedgewood. The facility is always clean, the food is good and the staff provide exceptional care. I am so glad we chose this nursing home, they have went way beyond our expectations.… Full Review
