The Kitchen is constantly running out of food and condiments, and seems to always be short staffed. my Mother consistently gets wrong and or late meals. The kitchen manager doesn't really seem to care about the facility only about feeling important and being a big shot. Ever time I have eaten with my mother I don't get to eat with her I have to wait 20-30 minutes to get my plate of food after she gets hers.
